| Robert James Position: CFO Mr. James earned the Certified Management Accountant (C.M.A.) designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario in 1979, and the Professional Registered Parliamentarian designation from the National Association of Parliamentarians in 2007. During his over 30 years of experience, he has served as a Director, Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of various TSX-V listed companies and private companies. He is currently President and Director of Opertec Inc. which is a private consulting company, and has consulted to or been employed in various industries including mining and oil and gas. During his career, he has participated in many financings, re-financings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and re-organizations. |
