Felix Navarro Grau Hurtado

Appointed to Antioquia Gold Inc.'s Board of Directors in August 2010, Mr. Navarro Grau has a B.Sc. in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru, and has specialized studies in finance and business administration, with 17 years of experience in the mining sector. He has been in charge of developing the mining business of Consorcio Minero Horizonte S.A., the fifth largest gold producer (second underground) in Peru with production in excess of 200,000 ounces a year and a consolidated group of mining properties under exploration. Mr. Navarro Grau has served as director of the Mining Engineers Institute of Peru, the National Mining Society of Peru and has been president of the XXIX Mining Convention of Peru - PERUMIN. He is currently chief executive officer and director of Consorcio Minero Horizonte S.A., chief executive officer and director of Desafio Minero S.A.C., an exploration arm of the group and director of AYEPSA S.A. company focus in developing hydroelectrical plants.
J.H. (Jim) Decker

Appointed to Antioquia Gold Inc.'s Board of Directors in August 2008, Mr. Decker has a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) from Queen's University and is a registered mining engineer (P. Eng.) with more than 40 years in the mining business. He is the president and principal partner of Jim Decker & Associates Inc., a mining consulting firm that provides senior management input for operating mines and mining projects. Mr. Decker's principal activities in the past five years have been associated with due diligence exercises for acquisitions and sales of mining properties, operating audits of surface mining operations and supervisory training for large mining companies such as Barrick Gold, Kinross, Teck and Xstrata. He also serves as a director of the following TSX-V companies: Sea Green Capital Corp.,Nebu Resources Inc. and Rainbow Resources Inc.
Ernesto Bendezu Flores

Mr. Bendezu Flores was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2011. Mr. Bendezu Flores is a qualified lawyer in Peru with more than 20 years of mining experience, having worked in both public and private sectors. He is currently Legal Manager for Consorcio Minero Horizonte S.A., a position he has held for more than 13 years.
Fernando Jaramillo

Mr. Jaramillo was appointed to the board of directors in February 2013. He is a resident of Colombia and is a civil engineer with thirty-five years of experience including executive and senior management roles in the oil and gas industry, mine operation and engineering. Mr. Jaramillo held senior roles with BP including President and Business Unit Leader of BP Exploration Colombia, President and Regional Director of Latin America with BP Mexico and Head of Audit and Risk Management for E&P worldwide with BP Corporate London. Prior to his employment with BP, he held senior roles with Billiton and Shell Companies in Colombia and the Netherlands, as well as Oleoducto de Colombia and Exxon Group of Companies in Colombia. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He is a founding shareholder of Antioquia Gold and has been a Legal Representative of the Company's branch in Colombia since 2008.
