The Caicedo project totals 4,224 hectares in two concessions, one of which is a registered contract and one with a defined technical study. Registration in the Colombian National Registry is pending. The project is located 52 kilometers northwest of Medellin in the Department of Antioquia, along the Middle Cauca Porphyry Belt adjacent to a number of well defined porphyry deposits.

As of December 2011, the Company had conducted field reconnaissance and sampling programs and compiled a report of the findings, which confirms the presence of porphyritic intrusive bodies and mineralization in the area. The project is part of an letter of intent (LOI) with Trident Gold Corp. dated September 22 2011, where Trident can earn a 60% interest in the properties by spending $3 million over a 21 month period after signing a definitive joint venture agreement.
